About 30 people have been rescued from a ride at Legoland in Berkshire after a power cut at the theme park.
Fire crews were called to the Windsor tourist attraction to help free the group of children and adults.
The ride, a balloon which moves up and down, was stuck in the air for at least an hour from 1140 BST but no-one was injured, a park spokeswoman said.
Guests were evacuated from the popular family attraction, causing gridlock on roads around the park.
The power cut is believed to have been caused by a cable being cut through by a contractor.
It has since been restored by Southern Electric.
A spokeswoman for Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service said it sent an aerial rescue ladder to Legoland.
